• Players who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed into the Escape Challenge.
  • Participation in the Escape Challenge is at your own risk.
  • Cancelling a reservation is possible up to 24 hours before your appointment if you have bought cancellation insurance. If you have not bought cancellation insurance, cancelling your appointment in not possible. People who don’t show up for their appointment will pay the entire amount. Without cancellation insurance, it is possible to change the date of your appointment within 21 days before the date you initially booked.
  • If your group is bigger than the maximum number of players that is allowed in a room at the same time, you will need to book multiple rooms or timeslots.
  • After your reservation of the escape room, you will receive an E-mail to confirm. If this is not the case, check if the E-mail hasn’t gone to you spam folder. Did you not receive an E-mail, this means your reservation has not been received correctly, and your reservation has not been placed.
